At the Pregnancy Center of Eaton County, we’re here to support you with care, compassion, and understanding—no matter where you are in your journey. Whether you’re facing an unexpected pregnancy, exploring your options, or need help as a new parent, you are not alone. We offer free pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, and one-on-one support in a safe and confidential setting. We also provide practical support, such as diapers, wipes, and baby items, to help lighten the load. Whatever you’re going through, we’re here to walk with you every step of the way—no judgment, just support.

Is there a charge for your services?

No. All of our services are free of charge and confidential. You can visit our center confidently knowing you will not be required to pay a penny to receive the help, resources, and hope that you need.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

While we do not require an appointment for all of our services, we do need to schedule ultrasound appointments. Please call or stop in to make that appointment today! You can stop by during any of our normal open hours, and we will be glad to serve you.

How do I know if I'm pregnant?

If you think you might be pregnant, it's important to be sure. We can help you find out by providing you with a free pregnancy test and, in some cases, a limited ultrasound. Contact us to learn more.
